He has developed a simple, highly effective, and time-tested recruiting process that was born from years as a sales trainer.

Jeff Setlow

In 2019 Eric recruited Jeff Setlow, a real estate investor and top producing 20-year veteran agent in the Phoenix Metro area.
Jeff brings a strong mix of business acumen and operational leadership to the GetAnAgent team. He has an extensive background in residential real estate and investment and specializes in contract negotiations, investment strategies, creative finance alternatives, property management, and rehabilitation of distressed properties.
Jeff founded two national web-based real estate companies, Contract Authority and GetAnAgent.com and brings a strong business acumen and technology background to the Attraction Flow team.
